Take more care that the shipping address is correct and when it's wrong actively participate in ensuring the parcels are delivered in the proper location.
Communicate status of what will be delivered when and where. As long as other people are placed in CC to be informed, keep them in CC in any reply.
Send the invoice after payment and shipment has be performed.
I am once again very satisfied with a new purchase i made, this time the benchtop multimeter Siglent SDM3055. The equipment arrived even faster this time, the packaging was perfect as if it had been picked up at the company, I renew my trust in the Batronix team.

Suppliers of great test equipment
Batronix has become my supplier of choice for nice test equipment. So far I have purchased an Oscilloscope, a Spectrum Analyser and an Electronic Power Load. I have a Desktop Digital Multimeter on order and will likely purchase a bench PSU.
Up-to-date status of the items. Indeed the item ordered by me was not available at that moment but batronix pointed out that it will be available in several days.
As soon as it became available it was promptly sent.
