Excellent website. Very good product images and information. One small issue I have is that Stetson does not seem to offer a free return service. It cost me a lot of money to return a hat that didn't fit for a replacement pf the correct size. It really didn't make it worthwhile buying the hat in the first place. Even if they were to charge for it, I wouldn't mind because it would definitely be cheaper than me sending it via the cheapest available ordinary post.

I placed an order on April 7th. 20 days later I contacted my country's post office only to discover that there was no info about the specific parcel. support@stetson.eu was prompt to answer and offered to re-send the parcel or refund me. Today I received the parcel. I need to also note that I have had purchased items before from Stetson.eu without any problems. After searching around it became clear to me that Asendia (the service used from Stetson to ship the parcels) was probably the reason for my adventure. I highly recommend Stetson to make an inquiry about Asendia.

My only wish is to have pictures of the hats on somebody. It would be easier to imagine what the hat looks like in real. It takes time to google each hat to see if there's pictures of the hat on somebody.
