Stetson make good quality hats that are far superior to most other brands and most importantly fit correctly. You pay a bit more but you have compete satisfaction. Ordering is easy and delivery is prompt. I am very happy with my purchase.

Fidèle à Stetson jusqu’alors, depuis mes dernier achats j’ai remarqué une baisse significative dans les finitions : taille, coupe, tissu. Mon achat pour une hatterras en lin commandé en 59cm s’avère à la fois trop grande et à ma taille. La coupe est nettement différente des autres modèle de cette même gamme que je possède en coloris différents ! Elle est bien plus ample que les autres, et à tendance à ne pas suffisamment serrer, la confection n’est pas conforme aux autres modèles. De plus la visière n’est pas droite et bien courbé ! Un comble. Je suis extrêmement déçu, et je possède pas moins d’une dizaine de couvre chef de cette marque.

Die Mütze ist ok, aber es wurde versprochen dass ein kopfband aus Kork mitvolgen würde Dieses fehlte.....

Delivery was prompt but unfortunately packaging was totally inappropriate as the package arrived crushed and torn and the hat sadly misshapened by the experience. Cannot understand how a superior product can be dispatched in such inadequate packaging. We incurred costs in trying to re-instate the intended shape … not totally 100% successful.

DPD The track and trace from DPD is poor and the lead time is bad. You sould offer your customers a better freight alternative with better service. Separate the transport cost from the cost from your products and give me as a customer the exact lead time. DPD does not deliver in 2-4 days as I get informed by.

I placed an order on April 7th. 20 days later I contacted my country's post office only to discover that there was no info about the specific parcel. support@stetson.eu was prompt to answer and offered to re-send the parcel or refund me. Today I received the parcel. I need to also note that I have had purchased items before from Stetson.eu without any problems. After searching around it became clear to me that Asendia (the service used from Stetson to ship the parcels) was probably the reason for my adventure. I highly recommend Stetson to make an inquiry about Asendia.

I never received an acknowledgement of my order I had to email the company to find out if they had got my order. I still have not received it but I am being asked for a review. I would have been happier if I received it before the review 💁🏿‍♂️

I have given order on 10 Feb. It is 20 FEB and I still could not receive it and even I cannot track my cargo on website coz there is NO RECORD. Two times cargo cancelled because of address problem and it is not mu fault. It is third time shipped again on 16 FEB however ı still do not know where is my order. It was a gift and I am already too late for it!!
