I cannot fault Mr Marvis. I ordered "The Pontoons" Seersucker Swimshorts and they are great quality and very well made.
At first, I thought they were too expensive for me but were the only option I could find that have a concealed zipped pocket at the front, with a zip-fly and popper closure. I challenge you to find another!
Ended up spreading the cost of the purchase over 3-months using a Klarna virtual credit card payment, so, win!
STOP sending pestering begging emails asking to be rated - it just pisses me off.

Overall the experience has been fine, however I was disappointed with the return / exchange process. Before submitting the return, I looked to exchange as I didn't want to lose out on the lower refund value. They had very limited stock and options. As a result, I specifically mentioned this in my email and even requested a voucher / credit to use later.
The team at Mr Marvis helped submit the exchange, but unfortunately the one item that couldn't be exchanged, due to limited stock, was then refunded at a lower value which was what I specifically requested they should not do.
I will see how long the trousers and shorts last and stay in good condition given this is my first purchase, possibly the last given Mr Marvis are quick to process and exchange and keep some of your money against your wishes to use this once stock was available again.

As soon as I opened the box I could see how poor a quality they were.
They looked as if they had been worn with a white faded area around the zip area which you get if someone has had them a while or has ironed them on the front.
Once saw this I didn’t even take them out to try, I would expect far better quality for £79, I could get 5 pairs for the same price and better quality at Primemark or 4 at Next.

Far too many ambiguities on website.
Items can be exchanged within 100 days, if unworn and with original labels! Tried to exchange a pair of unworn shorts, but bigger size was unavailable to exchange, but was available for a new purchase.

Delivery time wasn’t as described but after I made contact with Customer Service I received an explanation, an apology and a discount. The trousers are a good fit but the Velcro which fastens the rear pockets is not what I would expect to be used on BBC a quality product and better suited to swim shorts.

Ik had per vergissing een dubbele betaling gedaan voor 1 product. Blijkbaar is het onmogelijk om 1 betaling terug te storten. Resultaat ik heb een nieuw product (broek) besteld voor dezelfde prijs, zodat ik tenminste waar krijg voor mijn geld. Hopelijk past de broek dan nog.

I paid almost £100 for a pair of trousers that are frankly not very good for the money, and frankly poor value. The first pair delivered looked like they had been worn, so got them exchanged. The 2nd pair that arrived aren't any better, so assuming this is just the way they are supposed to be. On the positive side the customer service was fairly good when I requested an exchange - just wish their quality control was better.

Im a big fan of the clothing, my closet are expending at the moment!
But there are some flaws, some materials do fade to soon or get weary. Even with the high care of washing, the shrinking is a bit much, especially with the easies.
With that in mind, the price vs quality is a bit high. I would love to see some sale or offers for returning costumers.
And I love to see polo’s again and a vest with half zipper.

First parcel with order arrived and trousers had marks and looked as if they had been washed
Customer service dealt with the issue swiftly to get replacement sent
Replacement parcel arrived soaking wet and given the trousers are just in a cardboard box with no packing they were also wet.
Once trousers were dried they still had marks but managed to remove
