I cannot fault Mr Marvis. I ordered "The Pontoons" Seersucker Swimshorts and they are great quality and very well made.
At first, I thought they were too expensive for me but were the only option I could find that have a concealed zipped pocket at the front, with a zip-fly and popper closure. I challenge you to find another!
Ended up spreading the cost of the purchase over 3-months using a Klarna virtual credit card payment, so, win!
STOP sending pestering begging emails asking to be rated - it just pisses me off.
You sell stuff, i buy stuff.... a bit like a supermarket.... get over yourselves
ALSO..... when a customer... like ME for instance, buys some of your clothing and i SPECIFICALLY ...take the time to NOT subscribe to your newsletter, or further emails..... THIS IS NOT AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART...... this is a very deliberate act, an intention, an indication that i DO NOT wish to receive your marketing crap.
DO NOT take this to mean that i want every email you can possibly send, bombarding my inbox with pointless utter shite, starting with the words..... we have found some crap you might like....

Overall the experience has been fine, however I was disappointed with the return / exchange process. Before submitting the return, I looked to exchange as I didn't want to lose out on the lower refund value. They had very limited stock and options. As a result, I specifically mentioned this in my email and even requested a voucher / credit to use later.
The team at Mr Marvis helped submit the exchange, but unfortunately the one item that couldn't be exchanged, due to limited stock, was then refunded at a lower value which was what I specifically requested they should not do.
I will see how long the trousers and shorts last and stay in good condition given this is my first purchase, possibly the last given Mr Marvis are quick to process and exchange and keep some of your money against your wishes to use this once stock was available again.

Far too many ambiguities on website.
Items can be exchanged within 100 days, if unworn and with original labels! Tried to exchange a pair of unworn shorts, but bigger size was unavailable to exchange, but was available for a new purchase.

Delivery time wasn’t as described but after I made contact with Customer Service I received an explanation, an apology and a discount. The trousers are a good fit but the Velcro which fastens the rear pockets is not what I would expect to be used on BBC a quality product and better suited to swim shorts.

Ik had per vergissing een dubbele betaling gedaan voor 1 product. Blijkbaar is het onmogelijk om 1 betaling terug te storten. Resultaat ik heb een nieuw product (broek) besteld voor dezelfde prijs, zodat ik tenminste waar krijg voor mijn geld. Hopelijk past de broek dan nog.

Im a big fan of the clothing, my closet are expending at the moment!
But there are some flaws, some materials do fade to soon or get weary. Even with the high care of washing, the shrinking is a bit much, especially with the easies.
With that in mind, the price vs quality is a bit high. I would love to see some sale or offers for returning costumers.
And I love to see polo’s again and a vest with half zipper.

First parcel with order arrived and trousers had marks and looked as if they had been washed
Customer service dealt with the issue swiftly to get replacement sent
Replacement parcel arrived soaking wet and given the trousers are just in a cardboard box with no packing they were also wet.
Once trousers were dried they still had marks but managed to remove

In het verleden heb ik altijd met veel plezier bij Mr. Marvis besteld, mede omdat elke lengte en breedte maat te kiezen is zodat broeken altijd meteen goed zitten en niet vermaakt hoeven te worden.
De laatste keer bestelde ik Longs: The Blackjacks. De kleur was echter meer midnight blue dan zwart. Ik merkte het te laat en omdat de broek verder goed zit heb ik het zo gelaten.
Ik aarzel echter om de volgende keer een zwarte broek bij Marvis te bestellen.

I didn’t realise until the shorts arrived that they have a button fly. I find it very difficult to do these up again - it takes an age to do it. I’d rather a zipper and it wasn’t that obvious when ordering that these shorts do not have a zipper. Also, the back pocket is too small for my wallet and hand together, so It’s hard to get my wallet out of the back pocket. First shorts I’ve owned where I can’t get my wallet out!

Quick delivery after ordering, so that was great. After sending items back to change them for different colors the return shipment couldn’t be processed right but I didn’t get any updates about that. I had to call myself after which it was corrected immediately and shipped to be received the day after, however not in time before leaving on holiday.

Unfortunately the polo shirt after being worn once and washed once came out of the wash with a tear/hole in the collar. I also only wash on a 30 temp, and the colour ran and looks faded after one wash. Not worth the price in my opinion. I expect better from something priced as a premium item.
The shorts are good though.

I ordered my products for a weekend away they arrived the day I’d left which was 8 working days not the 5-7 it says. Also the sizes I ordered weren’t in line with what the size chart shows and they are both small compared to what I thought I was getting
