Another completely smooth large transaction with Tattahome. I love that you have my favorite brand in sizes and colors that are not available in the US at nice price points. I also love that all of my fragile items, through many large (multi thousand dollar) orders have always arrived in perfect condition. This time I had a few questions and Antonio did a marvelous job of communicating with me and actually being available at ANY Hour. He was unbelievable! So far, I have no improvement suggestions. I'm completely satisfied with Tattahome.

I placed an order early January ( 8/1/23 ) and still today ( 21/6/23 ) I haven't received neither the products ordered nor a refund. Nobody bothered to contact me about the delay of my order unless I enquired. I requested a refund almost 2 months ago and still haven't received. The company hasn't even given me any proof of the refund and is claiming that the refund has is being processed. Ofcourde none is willing to compensate me in any way for this unbelievable delay and very poor customer service...

Unfulfilled ordered. I am still waiting!

Placed order on 29 November 2023, i am still waiting for my ordered to be delivered! Sales person has assured me that it will be delivered by Jan 2024. But i am still waiting it! I am starting to be in doubt of the legitimacy of this company!

Good afternoon May Lim, you have placed your order on the beginning of December, it should have arrived at the end of December, but in Italy the companies close for holidays for 3 weeks, that's the reason of the delay. Your order has been regularly shipped and delivered. We apologize for the delay. Regards

Partial refund only when a full refund is due

Tattahome issued only a partial refund claiming that I refused the delivery. This is incorrect and the carrier company issued a letter stating the fault was solely their own. Tattahome refused to refund the money because I questioned their opaque practice of additional charges. A brazen abuse of consumer rights!

6 months later no product no refund...

Mis-selling

I googled Mario Luca Giusti Palla Pitcher and got the result shown in the photo below. At £56.39 they were £26.61 cheaper than the Harrods price of £83. I ordered 3 and paid 195.91. However at delivery I was required to pay a further £77.28 import duty making each pitcher £91 dearer than Harrods. This should have been prominently displayed with the advert. I intend to complain to Google and the Trading Standards Office about this unfair trap.

Good morning David, unfortunately it is always the same review since Brexit... The amount of £ 77,28 is not something we have requested, it is the amount of the import duties that you don't pay to us, but to the UK Custom. Being outside Europe you don't pay VAT on the items, but you obviously have to pay the import duties to your Custom. All these info are clearly showed in Terms and Conditions that you sign before placing an order with us. Regards

Good afternoon Paula, your order is incomplete cause the manufacturer has delays in production. You have been warning about the delay and accepted to wait. We have asked you to send us the pictures of the wrong products you have received, but you didn't answer. If you don't show us the problem, we can't help you

Good morning George, the production of one of your items took very long and we apologized for this delay. But on 4th of July, by email, you have specifically asked to cancel the request of refund, accepting to receive the items that now are available again. Your order has been shipped last week. You have also received the tracking link of the shipment, so I don't understand this review

watch out for undisclosed costs!

Product great but ended up having to pay DHL extra money import duty, not mentioned at all during purchase nor was it added on previous orders!

Good afternoon Alex, when you place an order on our website we ask you to read and sign Terms and Condition. It is all there! The only way we have to communicate with our customer that makes online purchases, is by Terms and Conditions. At point 7 is clearly mentioned that "It is understood that customs duties of the respective countries of destination are charged to the customer". If you sign them without reading, then what happens next is that you accuse us not to share important info on the costs that, instead, are clearly shown!!! Regards

Good morning Hesham, I write again here what we have already told you by email yesterday You have placed your order on 9th of April. Items not in stock, has written on the page of each item, are shipped in 3/4 weeks, so we are regularly on time.

Extra fees!

Paid for the product and delivery fee and was happy with the quality and relatively quick shipping. However, had to pay an additional import tax before they would deliver to me. Frustrating to know there are more fees after the purchase.

Good morning Kavita, it is clearly explained in Terms ad Conditions that you sign BEFORE (not after) proceeding with the order, that custom duties have to be paid by the Customer. It is not something we hide, all is clear on our website. Regards

Good afternoon Luis, you have requested a refund on mid June. As for our Terms and Conditions, refund is processed within 14 working days. There was no need to open claims or leave bad reviews, falsely accusing our Company of scam. You only had to read Terms and Conditions and wait for the correct date. As you can see from your Paypal account, the refund has been processed under the established terms. Regards
