Unfortunately, I have to report that I had a major issue with Mendemic. To be honest I’m very disappointed. The same day I ordered this, I requested to cancel my order. Not even a label had been made. The request was deleted. I resubmitted my request and it was ignored. I also reached out to someone at Mendemic. Still the package was sent to me. I live in the US & don’t want to risk returning the precious sculpture. Therefore, I am now stuck paying a lot of money for something I asked multiple times not to be sent.
