My experience was extremely positive. After a failed attempt delivery, I have spoken to Lukas on the phone who guided me through the options to deliver the parcel. Throughout the following e-mails, Lukas was always very cordial and willing to genuinely help. The item then arrived internationally to its destination 2 days after, exactly how I was promised.

Dear Miguel, Thank you for your review. I have had a look at the tracking details. UPS has tried to deliver to your address on May 2nd. Your order is available for pickup since May 5th. You will find all shipping details and the address of the UPS pickup-point in the tracking link that was shared with you via e-mail. The pickup address is only a few blocks from your home address.
