Order was placed assuming Ex-stock material and when customer service was contacted they informed its a non-stock item and website has wrong information due to technical error.

Was promised that goods will be shipped after 7 days from date of order but shipped after 17 days and despite of paying premium delivery charges the goods arrived after 19 days of shipment.

totally unsatisfied.....

Service was very smooth all the way to north east India, where I leave but except I had to pay custom duty. I was quite surprise, custom duty for product under 25000 rupees was exempted...... well what do I know, PM Modi's running the show here.
I'm strictly using this machine to cut 4mm plywood. Wow I'm impressed its super accurate. I'm convinced - God made Germans and Germans made proxxon.

good prices, easy to put an order. shipping to israel is slow. more then that, its the second item I buy and not once got a tracking number.
this time it said there was an attemp to contact me, where it is just not true...
costumer service is very slow in responding, and the answers not really answer my questions...
good prices though.

It said part was in stock , hench I ordered it . It took 6 weeks to arrive ? After a few weeks I inquired about it , took 2 days to reply saying it was out of stock, I asked for a different one , took 3 days to reply asking me did I want a different one ? My only comment is that if I order it via Conrad NED its always free shipping and I can't do that always because I life outside the Benelux :-/
