Conrad becomes my favorite online shop for buying electronics. Because they have large selection of high-quality products within electrical and electronics. It took them over 2 weeks to process my order. I think the problem was that they had a hard time trusting my payment outside of the German border. After repeated contact with their customer service, I finally managed to convince them. After completion of the transaction, the item was shipped quickly by UPS. My advice to other buyers is be patient when contacting their customer service.

However, the CTEK ONE charger that I purchased from Conrad Electronics does not work. I cannot get it to connect via Bluetooth with my phone. It connects for the briefest moment (e.g. 0.1s) and then disconnects for a few minutes, and this cycle continues. I tried placing the phone 5cm from the unit. I tried rebooting the unit. I tried rebooting my phone. I tried uninstalling the App from my phone and reinstalling it. I tried uninstalling the charger from “my devices” and reinstalling it. I also tried using a different phone – but same result. I contacted CTEK, who advised as follows: “Please return the charger to place of purchase and they will handle your claim in a professional and timely manner.” I have contacted Conrad Electronics multiple times over the past 4 weeks to raise a support case but all I ever receive is an email saying " We are currently experiencing a higher than normal volume of emails. We are working on the oldest tickets first, so creating multiple tickets will not lead to a faster reply. Thank you for your patience and we will get back to you as soon as possible." I am in the dark as to whether or not I will ever receive a reply!! I do not recommend dealing with this company, and at this stage I do not recommend CTEK chargers!!

I received the package on November 15, the package should have contained 3 items, it contained only 1. I immediately contacted their support, until today I have not received any response from them, even though I have already sent 2 tickets. I do not recommend buying from this store.

I paid for deliverance to my door but I had to go and pick it up at a tobacco place quite a bit from where I live. UPS were supposed to deliver at my door and they claimed that I was not at home. This is not true as I was at my apartment all day without any calls or door ring bells at my door. Considering I ordered 4 Vaccum cleaner bags where I paid nearly the same amount for these bags, I do feel that I was lured.

I ordered 2 items from the same brand and I live very far from Europe so our orders are shipped by plane. I didn't have the option to choose if I wanted all of my items in 1 package. So I received an article first and then 1 week after the second. A simple little pillow was in a huge box (5 times the size of the pillow). It's stupid because not fragile! If I had had the choice I would have chosen to wait a week for the items to be sent together. This is why the world must change because this kind of effort is simple and in my case would have halved for the same order its ecological footprint. I apologize to my kids for that and I won't buy Conrad again until they come up with this easy-to-implement option. Every drop of water counts!

Deliver all ordered parts. One packet was empty & parts that we didn't order were delivered. Have a contact point on your website for problems & not have a ticket system that takes several weeks to be closed without having a response. If you have a wrong delivery you need to resolve this quickly since it affects businesses to not receive all goods that are ordered.

The amount during the product checkout and the Final Invoice is not matching. Since the product is from another country there should not be any VAT for this product but we have charged 131 EUR for VAT. Also the product price is too costlier. Last time we have brought the same product with a price of 9-10 EUR per unit but from Conrad this is approx 20 EUR and VAT extra we have paid. Almost double.

Took about 7 weeks to get the goods (arrived in badly damaged box). Two weeks until items were dispatched (about two weeks). One week after the dispatch notification from Conrad, UPS contacted me to pay the import duty which I did immediately. After that it took another 4 weeks for UPS to deliver, despite contacting them. Conrad Customer Services never replied to my email albeit receiving it.

I am happy with the goods. I am unhappy that on the tracking advice I was provided by UPS it was noted that I was contacted on 24th August for information when I wasn't. I was then repeatedly informed by Fuugro that the package would be delivered on 26 August (even up to 30 August I was told 26 August!). UPS held the package until 30 August before contacting me, a full week! Unhappy

firstly the heaters arrived 2 months after order with zero communication. your delivery partner said they tried continuously to get hold of you in order to get our contact details for delivery.we had to pay extra R2600 to get released. heaters arrived today with packaging in terrible condition and dents all over the heaters. I need a full refund you and can collect your stock

After my first order ended up in Austria instead of in Norway where it was supposed to go, I was refunded and took a chance ordering the same product again. Thank god it actually came, but it was broken at arrival. The glass in the door had separated from its metal sides. Instead of going through the nerve wrecking affair again, I decided to do what I could to make it work.

product was 2 months late. I followed up and were told UPS had been requesting our contact number in order to deliver and failed to do so. we had to pay an extra R2600 to get released out customs. order arrived in terrible condition. boxes ripped and heaters dented and in bad shape. we will need a full refund and you can collect your stock .

-Damaged package. -Missing item. -Absolutely no response from customer service. Going straight to the point: I paid for 3 items and I received only 2 in a fully damaged packages and store doesn’t respond to my emails, so what we call that? This seems to be a scam, I will escalate this case to the highest level.

The delivery was in schedule but the envelope was completly wet inside. The paper boxes and the delivery note were almost destroyed and the delivery note was hard to read. Since I only ordered pins and housings for plugs, the parts can be used anyway. But for a fee of 20€ I expect a propper delivery!

Kjøpte rotorblad til en drone for 9euro. Og etter bestillingen er bekreftet krever dere 50euro i frakt. Ingen svar når jeg prøver å avbestille. Pakken veier 1kg, men det er pappen dere sender det i. Rotorbladene veier 20gram. Kunne sendt det i postkassen for under 1euro. Forbanna svindlere!!!

to send a package of 35 by 24 cm for credit card sleeves of 10 by 7 cm is really overkill. If you use UPS who can't deliver at home and send the package to a delivery place at the other side of the town I have second thoughts to order something from you.

I have never placed an order for this package. I have requested a quotation and there is no Purchase Order for this package. Also I have requested a quotation for a single type of Power supply and you provided a quotation for 2 and you have sent 2 items.
