Only one of two products arrived with the second one having a note in the box that it will be delayed for two weeks at no extra cost 😆

Deliver my package for real - UPS never rang the bell and didnt leave a note, the package was promised for December 18th, suddenly it says it was delivered on Friday15th . . . but no package anywhere to be found, no neighbours know about it or have received anything for us - the name claimed by the delivery man on the slip does not exist in this street! AND NOBODY IS INTERESTED!

Defective product received and took 3 weeks to replace. No manual in the box to the pool thermometer and not able to connect it to the weatherstatio.

Expensive and slow in the proces in receiving the order all the way to actual delivery; 404 Errors while logging in to see the status. Late in supplying the invoice.

Very well explained the detail on the product bought. The information for shipping was also good. A bit more information on the actual options.

Good price and good shipping management.

Conrad have refused to log a formal complaint. The parts WERE IN STOCK as per their website yet did not ship them for over a month. Shipment took over a week from notification. About the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not suitable for supplying the electronics industry and the fact they refused to log a formal complaint means that any ISO 9001 certification they claim to have to false. Frankly if they went out of business it would not be a bad thing. Companies make mistakes it is how they rectify them Conrad have failed at every single level, one very unhappy customer.

The positive was the ease of ordering the part. The negative unfortunately was the experience after placing our order. The date originally given was not met; in fact it was 2-3 weeks later in the end. During this time of waiting myself and my colleague tried several times to contact you which was difficult due to only being able to submit a form from your website. We had to do this a few times before receiving a response.

Never received the package

You could tell your British customers that it comes with a two prong plug. Which doesn't fit a standard plug outlet.

Thanks for the quick response and the UPS shipment that arrived within 7 days. Please, when you send us electromagnets (there were 6 in this case), let them be in a package with a seal (paper or bubble). We received the power supply bended from the back.

Initially, I was not able to order the item. On the 3rd try, it was successful and it went smoothly. The item was delivered on time.

Although recommended by Which UK I was disappointed because the hedge trimmer that was provided did not have a cable and the address on the package did not include the House number and it was only thanks to the diligence of the UPS driver that the product arrived at all
