Bought my wines when there was a discount code which made the purchase worthwhile. Also had a tasting case of 6 bottles which I have yet to try. Advice about which order of wines to taste and food pairing was prompt. The wines were well packed and handled. Not sure if the prices are better than other online shops available in Singapore because I heard that if there’s no discount, prices are similar.

There is no visibility about the shipment once the order is placed. No Estimated time of delivery and after 1 month I had to send an email to enquiry about my order status. The lack of visibility on a delivery date even at the payment stage should be improved.

Would like your pricing to be better. In some cases, it is very good pricing. I have bought quite a lot from you in 2022. I would also like to see more Australian wines in your portfolio. Thank you.

Dear Customer, We are sorry to read that you have not been satisfied with the delivery information and customer service. However you have received several informations: when placing your order online delivery lead time was indicated "delivery from 26th of December onwards" , on your order confirmation also "bi-monthly consignment, 5-7 days once shipped", you have received an email on the 15th of December informing about departure of your order and on the 20th of December to confirm that you will be contacted by the carrier within 24 hours to book a delivery date. You have contacted our customer service on the 15th of December and received a reply the same day. Delivery has been agreed and completed on the 29th of December. Maybe some communications went to your spam folder. Also please kindly note our phone line (operated from France) is reachable from Monday to Friday, from 3PM to 11PM (Singapore time) please do not hesitate to leave a message and we will revert as soon as possible. They don’t provide any delivery date or even an estimate. Customer service unresponsive. Lines not working most of the time.

Overall the purchase experience is good so far but for repeat buyer if only there is a reward programme like additional discount of 3 to 5% saving. It'll encourage repeat buyer to put millesima as the preferred website when come to on-line wine purchase.

Very good range of wines available. Delivery is usually as promised and I have experienced no mishaps with Millesima from a logistics perspective. Pricing however, could be a bit better.

I recently ordered another 60 bottles of 2015 Ch Peyrabon which was delivered just before Chinese New Year. This round the quality of the wine is very bad. I tried 2 bottles and both are over age. I believed it is due to poor storage.
