They have a wide selection of wines available. Delivery is quick and efficient though you should plan ahead as the shipment is done in blocks twice a month.
Despite the increase in prices this year there are still some good bargains though you have to search for them. Note that due to the price adjustment on the site some of the bottles are at the same price as what you would find locally (SG) or in some instances even higher, so do your comparison before purchasing.
Compared to your US portal and France portal, you pale in comparison in terms of selection. Yes SG is a much small market however it is growing and i am sure you agree. I would suggest you link your French portal with SG portal and offer wider selection. Anyway the wines come from the same warehouse in France. Yes, i also know that there might be infringement of rights for some wines that have local representation here however i am sure with your experience you can easily sort it out. Clasquin is doing a great job with the delivery and i am very happy with them. I would also like to buy more from Millesima if you are able to provide storage. Not sure about the rest of your customers but i am sure not many have more than 3 wine fridge at home like i do. Thanks
Would like your pricing to be better. In some cases, it is very good pricing. I have bought quite a lot from you in 2022. I would also like to see more Australian wines in your portfolio. Thank you.

Had ordered 2 cases of Brunello which looked like cases of 12 but turned out cases of 2, making the wines extremely expensive. Millesima admitted the description on the website was confusing and that they changed to avoid further confusion yet they refused to take the wine back and refund me. Extremely poor customer service. I’ll think twice before ordering with them again.

However, the quantity was indicated on your invoice “2 2btl Case” so 4 bottles at 20% off which is the final confirmation of your order. In case you did not want the bottles, you were able to refuse the delivery and return the wine at your charge as per our terms and conditions.
