Deliveries are wry quick when it is processed. However during holiday periods, you have to wait til the person comes back and then processes it. Just need to be really aware of this. The add on prices are very high . Delivery went up by 33% this year. And on top of you pay by PayPal to be covered they charge you the commission fees they would pay. Adds about 25 euros per delivery on top. So when you make small purchases now, it is not worth it.

I have made my order on August 4th, and untill now i have not received any notification about shipping. I sent an email more than a week ago and i did not receive an answer.
I called several times and there is no answer.
I am not even sure whether i will get my money back!

I placed my order on 31.07.2023, which was confirmed, and payment by bank transfer deducted from my account on 01.08.2023. To date nothing received nor has an email sent by me, enquiring about my order, been acknowledged. I can only assume that I have lost the money paid. Is it possible that Trusted Shops AG may have some influence with Eurocoinhouse.

Never got my order, emailed then several times and never heard back from them. Haven't gotten a refund either nor an offer to make up for this very unpleasant shopping experience.
I hate to leave a negative review, but sadly this time I just have absolutely nothing positive to say.

Even 1 star is too generous. Order shipped two weeks after being placed. Wrong items sent for the second time in a row. Zero communications even though several e-mails sent to them! Service to paying clients appears to be non-existent. They have a fantastic selection of stock - too bad they seem to care nothing for repeated clients.

Avoid this seller
After my order was placed and paid there was no communication from the seller's side. I have send several e-mails asking for the order status and tracking number but there was no response. Avoid this seller and buy what you need from somewhere else, there are several good and trustworthy web shops that communicate with their customers and are not scams.

Nog steeds niet geleverd, koerier liegt (zegt dat ik niet thuis was, klopt niet). Duurt allemaal eindeloos lang. Ver onder het gemiddelde van andere spelersin deze markt.
