Deliveries are wry quick when it is processed. However during holiday periods, you have to wait til the person comes back and then processes it. Just need to be really aware of this. The add on prices are very high . Delivery went up by 33% this year. And on top of you pay by PayPal to be covered they charge you the commission fees they would pay. Adds about 25 euros per delivery on top. So when you make small purchases now, it is not worth it.

Information about the order
Hello, can you improve the response to emails. I ordered the product, it hasn't arrived yet. When I wrote to the store, I was told that it was a pre-order, while when ordering, it was written that the product was in stock. When I wrote to them that I wanted to cancel the order and return the money to the bank account, I received no reply. I have neither money nor coins at the moment.

Ignoring my order
For two weeks now, I have been waiting for the delivery of my order. In the account, it indicated as "completed." I wrote to the contact email and through the feedback form but have not received any answer. I called by phone too. No communication with me from the company after payment!
UPD:
I've received my order. Everything was fine except communication and unpredictable time frame for delivery.

I made an order of 4 2euro coins. One of them had a mark on it, that doesn't response to the uncirculated condition. I send them also a photo. The official answer was that they will send me another one when I place a future order. What about if I don't want?? They must be more careful about the coins they pick and send. I don't want to make any future order
