Good service and efficient

Not possible to receive information about my order. Three weeks after order date coin is not delivered to me and it is not even clear if it was shipped or not?

Made an order, payed the order, waiting responce. 3 weeks - nothing . No reaction what so ever. Thiefs..

First to deliver order on time Also when there is a problem with the delivery of the order to reply to clients' e-mails and not to ignore them. Also change the company that you send orders to the clients...they also ignore messages e-mails etc Last but not least I ordered coins twice in the past and I had no issue. Now I ordered coins worth of almost 300 euro and so far 10 days after the "supposed delivery date" I did not receive anything. I sent e-mails to Eurocoin, to GLS and no-one is replying. Is it a fraud?? I mean I paid over 300 euro for coins and for the delivery and no-one is replying to me or deliver my order???!!! I am really very disappointed and if I do not receive anything I will post all my e-mails etc to the media and I will have to speak to the police for electronic crime.. Pavlos Korneliou

Hello, can you improve the response to emails. I ordered the product, it hasn't arrived yet. When I wrote to the store, I was told that it was a pre-order, while when ordering, it was written that the product was in stock. When I wrote to them that I wanted to cancel the order and return the money to the bank account, I received no reply. I have neither money nor coins at the moment.

Deliveries are wry quick when it is processed. However during holiday periods, you have to wait til the person comes back and then processes it. Just need to be really aware of this. The add on prices are very high . Delivery went up by 33% this year. And on top of you pay by PayPal to be covered they charge you the commission fees they would pay. Adds about 25 euros per delivery on top. So when you make small purchases now, it is not worth it.

I received everything nicely packaged and presented. My only issue was the communication, and that they do not reply to emails or answer the phone. Apart from that, solid service :)

I get my order and everything is perfect. I was worried because they don’t reply on my messages but in the end I get everything as described.

The coins were delivered today at my door. It took longer than usual but it was worth.

Product didnt arrive yet. Order placed 30th Nov. No updates or anything since. Sent follow up email 12th Dec and no response to that either

I placed my order on 31.07.2023, which was confirmed, and payment by bank transfer deducted from my account on 01.08.2023. To date nothing received nor has an email sent by me, enquiring about my order, been acknowledged. I can only assume that I have lost the money paid. Is it possible that Trusted Shops AG may have some influence with Eurocoinhouse.

Even 1 star is too generous. Order shipped two weeks after being placed. Wrong items sent for the second time in a row. Zero communications even though several e-mails sent to them! Service to paying clients appears to be non-existent. They have a fantastic selection of stock - too bad they seem to care nothing for repeated clients.
