As I have a VAT number I shouldn't have to pay VAT on the string I buy. However, to achieve this creates a very complicated procedure from TennisPro compared to other EU websites. Even though I went through this procedure I still got charged VAT! Website should be able to handle the fact that I have a VAT number and set the VAT due to zero.

I ordered NIKE NEW BALANCE 996 V5 PARIS CLAY COURT SHOES 41,5 tennis shoes with order no 500201740, but instead, you sent me the white shoes NIKE 8MM. Please correct your mistake and send me the tennis shoes that I have ordered and paid invoice no 23206220. One week ago L sent back the error delivery and despite sending you 2 e-mails asking when I would get my order I did not receive any information. I am very disappointed by your service I deeply regret that i placed oredr to your company, Andrzej Klimpel

Good prices, slow order processing

The products have attractive prices, however, it would be great if delivery times could be improved. I placed an order 5 days ago and I still haven’t received any update. I intend to make new purchases, however, I hope the shipping process to the customer is faster :)

Aditinal 10% discount!

I have forgoten to input aditional 10% discount as it was conveniently positioned under checkout button. And upon asking to add this 10%, 5 mins after ordering it, I got declined. I think that is not fair and you could have at least offer/send some additional package of balls or something as we are talking about 18€ value. Order nr is 500220042 so you can feel free to check. It shows your inflexibility towards customers which is not realy great. But I know you do not really care about this message anyway...

Didn’t receive my shoes

Delivery is handled by DHL in Germany which made an error in delivery. I don’t even know where the shoes are now despite the status showing “delivered”.

Processing of order timeframe

Faster processing of an order paid via bank transfer 3-4 working days for only processing the order seems slightly long.

I would not recommend in Romania, the products are fine, they are arriving in 2-3 weeks usually, when i made the order I specifically paid for DHL, but they give the transport to a local company named Cargus and they messed up the order twice. I’m still waiting for the wilson clash, they’ve mistaken my adress, twice. They don’t respond to phone, nothing. I’m just waiting for their mercy.

Would be perfect if... I hadn't need to return any item.

Overall, the buying experience was very positive with a visually appealing site, competitive prices, and fast shipping. However, the inconvenience of a €15 return shipping fee for an ill-fitting product detracted from the overall satisfaction.

They accept the returns but payment is up to you

They accept the returns, but payment is yours to make and when I paid for a fedex label it took them over a week to respond and tell me I can’t return that way either. Luckily I went to the post office before hearing back. If I would have waited for their response I would have missed my return window. Once product was received there was no problem with them initiating the return. It just takes more work than other businesses I normally purchase from.

Good shop but return process is disappointing

Delivery process and prices were very good, but return process is not free of charge, which is a standard nowadays with other online-shops, so I was disappointed and probably will not order anymore unless it is a product, where I am sure, I will not have to return it.

Please add delivery methods other than UPS. UPS service in Finland is extremely poor, parcels never come on time and are often transferred to some weird locations.

Slow delivery, costly returns

Firstly delivery is so slow. Over a week for an item from Mainland Europe to Ireland!! Secondly, the cost of returns negates any benefit in using the site. Most major retailers have free or low cost returns. €15 to return an item when added to the €7.90 to have it delivered means I won’t use the site again. Lots of other suppliers out there with better or no cost options.
