I want to compliment florist that particularly has worked with me. And message me informing, that he is out of flowers that I have ordered, asking if I will be ok with Substitutin with different ones. I was Pleasantly surprised that this company is trying so hard to for feel my order and consult me, where we continent’s a part 👍🏼 This tremendous progress for me personally and I will be with confidence using your business in future again 😉💕

Terrible as Birthday flowers never arrived! I ordered from U.K. for delivery to Frankfurt Deutschland. Gave der man contact mobile/ handy number and information to leave with a neighbour. My partner stayed in all day and the after 17:00hrs delivery was attempted and no call to the contact and no flowers left with neighbour. When the recipient contacted the flower shop they said they were unable to redeliver (deliver Which I had paid for) the recipient has no transport and was told she had to pick up the flowers??? EUROFLORIST took over 24hrs to reply to my email, customer services said they could do nothing and then never replied when I requested a full refund which I was entitled to. Avoid EUROFLORIST

The flowers were sent back to the store after a supposedly failed attempt to deliver them. The recipients address was correct and there was a person in the apartment that day. I then explained my predicament to the store but they just sent a generic response that didn’t resolve the issue.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday and euro florist delivered a day late missing her birthday. Euro florist did not give me notification it would be late and was not able to deliver on their so called "guarantee". When I sent an email asking euroflorist for a full or partial refund they made excuses and refunded me nothing. They offered a 10 euro discount on a future order, but why would I ever order with them again if they can't deliver on time and have terrible customer service? The only thing that would change my opinion is if they admitted their mistake and provided a full refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM EURO FLORIST!!!!

When you have an anniversary and they cannot deliver at the desired day they'd better change proffesion... When they blame DHL for the delay they don't even understand that they blame themselves for their choice to use DHL... I paid them so many times and now they say they cannot refund. Never again... They only care about money and I hope they soon go out of business...

Flowers arrive 5 day's after Mother's Day for my 94 year old mother, even though Euroflorist confirmed they could deliver on time. They apologised first time and confirmed the flowers would be delivered ASAP. I wrote again yesterday and had no reply. The flowers were nothing like what was requested. Won't be using them again. Poor service and poor value for money.

I wanted to give euroflorist one more try after they failed to deliver the Mother's Day flowers and I had to fight to get my money back. I chose the most expensive option for the bouquet and the total came up to €70. Unfortunately, the bouquet my mother received for her birthday wasn't even close to what I ordered.

I didn’t receive the flowers!!! Are you kidding me? I wrote the address and the phone number and asked to contact before delivery And no one came and no one contact!!! It’s been 6 days and no flowers till now

my gift was not delivered when paid to be delivered. So once it arrived, the receiver was on holiday so will not see the flowers before they die. Such a shame and waste of alot of money. I was hoping for better.
