I was rather disappointed because I had carefully chosen a flower arrangement according to the recipient's taste. It was a Thank-you gift, not a Christmas gift. I ordered a Hippeastrum flower arrangement in a nice decorative pot, but what was delivered was a Poinsettia with a few pine twigs around the base. Apart from the colour it was nowhere near to what I had envisaged. The recipient doesn't actually like Poinsettias. I filtered the option on the website according to the location of delivery assuming that the flower arrangements shown were those that are available in there. I think it's very misleading to show flowers that are not available for whatever reason (e.g., season). The participating florist should stick to the chosen arrangement or shouldn't get the contract. I spent a lot of money for something that was far from perfect. And it wasn't the first time I had this problem with a Euroflorist delivery. So I hope you can improve your service on this point.
