Terrible as Birthday flowers never arrived!
I ordered from U.K. for delivery to Frankfurt Deutschland. Gave der man contact mobile/ handy number and information to leave with a neighbour. My partner stayed in all day and the after 17:00hrs delivery was attempted and no call to the contact and no flowers left with neighbour. When the recipient contacted the flower shop they said they were unable to redeliver (deliver Which I had paid for) the recipient has no transport and was told she had to pick up the flowers??? EUROFLORIST took over 24hrs to reply to my email, customer services said they could do nothing and then never replied when I requested a full refund which I was entitled to. Avoid EUROFLORIST

Did not read anywhere that delivery through DHL a would potentially delay shipment, got it one day after my husband’s birthday. I ordered roses but they were all starkly different sizes, and not very fresh looking. Overall disappointed.

I was rather disappointed because I had carefully chosen a flower arrangement according to the recipient's taste. It was a Thank-you gift, not a Christmas gift. I ordered a Hippeastrum flower arrangement in a nice decorative pot, but what was delivered was a Poinsettia with a few pine twigs around the base. Apart from the colour it was nowhere near to what I had envisaged. The recipient doesn't actually like Poinsettias.
I filtered the option on the website according to the location of delivery assuming that the flower arrangements shown were those that are available in there. I think it's very misleading to show flowers that are not available for whatever reason (e.g., season). The participating florist should stick to the chosen arrangement or shouldn't get the contract.
I spent a lot of money for something that was far from perfect. And it wasn't the first time I had this problem with a Euroflorist delivery. So I hope you can improve your service on this point.

In truth, I cannot rate Euroflorist per se because the bouquet was lost by DHL.
So, what you can do to improve is change the postal carrier.
The whole experience is very upsetting both to my wife and I who sent the flowers for someone's birthday, and to the "recipient" who never received them.
I hope I can get my money back, at the very least.

the flowers arrived 2 days after the requested delivery date.
In addition, they were not delivered to the front door of the apartment- they were left outside, on the steps at the entry to the building and the delivery company did not ring the doorbell to notify the receiver.
It was lucky they were not picked up by strangers.

Unfortunately this order hasn’t been delivered on the date requested, which was for the 10th December. I am very disappointed as the this a gift for my daughters opening night in the theatre , as yet she the flowers she still hasn’t received.
