Items were not in stock however showed up as in stock. I then got an email saying sorry the items were not available. It seems that the core items are always out of stock but show as in stock. It’s not the first time this has happened. The quality of the items themselves are amazing and can’t be faulted however it would be nice if they had stock and then delivered them.

Dear Jade, we are very sorry for this delay. The items that were out of stock will arrive at our warehouse today. You will receive your order at the beginning of next week. We will send you an email with the UPS tracking number tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
