Equizone were accommodating with my order. I placed an order then found something else I wanted to add to it however I had already paid for it, I messaged to ask how to go about adding to it without doubling up on postage. They told me to let them know what it was and they would sort it out. Which they did and shortly after my items had been shipped. Thankyou so much!

I ordered a grey Cavalleria Toscana kids short sleeve shirt, but got a white one. they claim they only had photo of the grey that is why they put it up there. there is no color mentioned under the title or next to the sizes. the is a vague phrase at the line 20 ( last line) of the description that says available in white with white bib( not pictured). how on earth that means the shirt you are getting is white??? and I paid 32 dollars for DHL which they refuse to refund if I wanna return the item. . total rip off... misleading... worst online purchase experience ever

The staff was quick to respond to a mistake I made in ordering and fixed the problem. The shipping was incredibly fast. I placed my order on Saturday night, and had the shipment by that Thursday, coming from Germany to the west coast of the US. I was really impressed! I’ll be sure to shop here again!

They go above and beyond to be helpful, I had issues with payment and they tried every way to help. Also had reins go missing in transit and they resolved it right away and have sent replacement reins with free shipping. Super responsive to emails!
