Oh man....................what a wonderful shop.
I have been buying quality items for my motorcycles and motorcycle travels since soon after the shop existed.
So great selection.
It would be hard to say would should be bettered.
But sometimes when I have been fond of a product for years, it suddenly disappears.
It would be great if Louis was better at leaving these products on the site and if non-available, point in directions of what could replace this product.
Maybe also more motorcycle model specific items to fit such as bash plates, luggage racks, crash bars, bar rizers, seats, footpegs etc. etc.
I will get back.

First i bought a KN filter on Louis website, everything went OK.
Then I made another order on your website for some hepco-becker items. I made the order 14th of Aug, on the 16th of Aug you withdrew the full amount (approx 500 euro) from my acount and then nothing... no order number, no status e-mail, nothing! It's now the 25th of Aug, please give me / your costumer a status update.

Hi, I ordered 2 front disc brakes and pads for my BMW R100S. Brembo dish was fine. Brake pads was shipped from 2 different places and are not from same batch which I consider to be important. Pads are TRW MCB17

Unfortunately, your order resulted in 3 direct deliveries from different Louis shops (we had no stock left in our main warehouse in Hamburg).
One parcel obviously never arrived, we would like to apologise for this.

We would love to be able to process deliveries from Hamburg to Denmark much more quickly.
Unfortunately, the average delivery time is somewhat longer than for deliveries within Germany.
With regard to postage costs, an order for a lower value of goods is always worth considering (and perhaps such an order may then be expanded).

The minirack was shipped to you today and we expect to receive the decorative bracket in calendar week 36.

I bought a Bell Bullitt, but the cheekpads that came with the helmet were too big for me, so I wanted to exchange them for a smaller pair. According to the customer service wasn’t possible. They told me I had to buy a new pair of cheekpads. This I think is poor service.

There are no cheek pads or head pads for fine-tuning (if the helmet in question does not fit perfectly) in the scope of delivery of any of the helmets available from us.
These parts for adjusting the fit of the respective helmet must always be purchased as an option. We ask for your understanding in this regard.

Reviewed wrong boot. Informed customer service about error on your homepage and they confirmed that I will receive the correct boot - not!
Really bad customer service😑 - they do not really read the email and don't seem to care.

We are very sorry for the obvious wrong delivery.
Our customer service will correct the stock in question a second time, but you could certainly risk a second order right now.
The case was somewhat confusing; mixed stocks had resulted from an error.
