Deplain had the best price for the Flos Chiara Table Lamp. The sales staff reassured me that despite the steep discount, the item was authentic. It was delivered within the original quoted time frame, which was about 2 months. It came in 2 separate boxes, which were shipped the same day, but received a day apart. I was not aware of this, but happy they came very well wrapped and in branded boxes. I'm in the US and I didn't realize the lamp would have an EU plug. No worries, I have purchased an adapter. I will shop with Deplain again as the transaction was smooth and my lamp is beautiful.

Gianluca was such a pleasure to work with. He was courteous and explained all of the details of the oversea transaction very clearly. I received these beautiful chairs in perfect condition after 2 months. Good things are worth waiting for!
