Deplain had the best price for the Flos Chiara Table Lamp. The sales staff reassured me that despite the steep discount, the item was authentic. It was delivered within the original quoted time frame, which was about 2 months. It came in 2 separate boxes, which were shipped the same day, but received a day apart. I was not aware of this, but happy they came very well wrapped and in branded boxes. I'm in the US and I didn't realize the lamp would have an EU plug. No worries, I have purchased an adapter. I will shop with Deplain again as the transaction was smooth and my lamp is beautiful.

Ho ordinato un prodotto che dal sito internet risultava disponibile con tempi di consegna attesi 4 settimane e successivamente (dopo averlo ordinato) ho ricevuto un’email con cui mi informavano che il prodotto ordinato non era attualmente in stock e che ci sarebbero volute 8 settimane per ottenerlo e mi chiedevano se confermavo comunque l’ordine.

Il ritardo di produzione rispetto alle 4/5 settimane standard è dovuto alla mancanza di materie prime e parti elettriche. Nonostante questo dipenda esclusivamente dal produttore e non da noi, siamo veramente dispiaciuti, per questo le abbiamo dato la possibilità di cancellare l'ordine ed ottenere un rimborso immediato.
Lei ha deciso di tenere l'ordine ed accettare una consegna lunga. Siamo dunque sorpresi di venire a conoscenza di una recensione negativa da parte sua in per delle problematiche non asseribili ai nostri servizi.
Ci teniamo a precisare che la comunicazione del ritardo è stato fatta esclusivamente nel suo interesse, visto che oltretutto si tratta di un articolo ordinato appositamente per lei con misure e specifiche da lei personalizzate in fase di scelta e acquisto.
Rimaniamo ad ogni modo a disposizione per qualsivoglia chiarimento o informazione.

A real sweet deal
Amazing pricing and excellent service! I was nervous initially, worried it might be a fraud after getting an incredibly attractive quote for the 2 Poltrona Frau Archibald chairs. Gianluca was such a pleasure to work with. He was courteous and explained all of the details of the oversea transaction very clearly. I received these beautiful chairs in perfect condition after 2 months. Good things are worth waiting for!
