The flower delivery was great. My personal suggestion would be if the florists can share a photo of the flowers at the time of delivery. It would be helpful for people in long distance relationships.

Expectation /reality. Ordered 2 bouquets on Tuesday with a delivery on Friday. Each ~€60 and a €8.99 delivery for each (I did have a 10% discount promo). One didn't arrive. The second was nowhere close to the original. I know the looks may vary, but not to such an extend? Why bother selecting a specific style if you get whatever is available? Customer service is pretty useless. Needed daily calls and emails to get anything out. The bouquet that never arrived was eventually refunded in full. For the second got a 50% refund (thank god there was a record of one bless her soul customer executive who agreed it is completely different and who promised a refund, because one weasy little man wanted to offer a 20% code for another purchase, claiming that the bouquet was within their expected variation of the colours). Bottom line- buy the bouquet from a florist. The chances you will get what you ordered from these guys is low and you will struggle to get your cash back (even if u will).

Disappointing. Choice and colours not as shown as "Airy Blooms" on website

Disappointing. To improve you need to deliver bouquets that are the same as what you advertise. Flowers that were delivered are not what was shown on website under the name "Airy Blooms", size large. The choice of some flowers and the colours is less refined than what was illustrated on the euroflorist website. Vase is not glass as was shown on confirmation of the order and on website. It is too big and ugly. What was delivered does not represent the 74.96€ that I paid. Pictures 1 & 2 is what was delivered today. Picture 3 is your website's "Airy Blooms". The difference in quality is evident. I expect you to publish this review.

Kindly note, that the pictures you can find on our website are example pictures. The delivered flower arrangements can differ from those example pictures in appearance and amount of flowers, depending on the season and inventory of the local florist. If a certain flower is not available, it is replaced by a flower with a similar colour and shape. The local florists are always delivering arrangements that look as much as possible like the example picture online, and at all times match the flower value paid. Since floristic is a craft in which every florist incorporates their own creativity, every flower arrangement is unique. Being sorry to have fallen short of your expectations we kindly ask you to share pictures of the delivered flowers via email to so we can follow up on this matter.
