Dear Sir:
I placed an order on september 7th and requested, if possible, that it be delivered on sunday, september 10th, as it was my daughter's birthday. I was informed that sunday deliveries were not available, but that it would be delivered within 3 business days.
They never told me that the order had to be shipped from Belgium and that i would have to wait 4 business days for delivery. Today is tuesday, september 12th, and according to the tracking, it has not yet arrived in the UK.
I find this lack of professionalism on the company's part. it would have been more professional to inform the customer that they could not deliver the order on the requested date because it was shipping from Belgium.
I placed this order at this store due to its proximity to where my daughter is studying, but I made a mistake. next time, I will shop at Harrods, as they guaranteed timely delivery.
