Dear Sir:
I placed an order on september 7th and requested, if possible, that it be delivered on sunday, september 10th, as it was my daughter's birthday. I was informed that sunday deliveries were not available, but that it would be delivered within 3 business days.
They never told me that the order had to be shipped from Belgium and that i would have to wait 4 business days for delivery. Today is tuesday, september 12th, and according to the tracking, it has not yet arrived in the UK.
I find this lack of professionalism on the company's part. it would have been more professional to inform the customer that they could not deliver the order on the requested date because it was shipping from Belgium.
I placed this order at this store due to its proximity to where my daughter is studying, but I made a mistake. next time, I will shop at Harrods, as they guaranteed timely delivery.

I would LOVE to know how these people work. Apart from the fact that I didn't receive the chocolate in their patented packaging (that they advertise on their website) I made the order in the morning of a Tuesday. Wednesday morning the package showed at my house, practically 24hrs later, from Belgium to Italy
That's truly unbelievable and something I would love to know how it works!
Chocolate itself is of course good, a little bit melted/broken (maybe for less care in packaging?)

We are continuously working on our packaging, but the changes should be to optimize the experience. I'm sorry to hear there were a bit melted/broken. This should not be the experience we aim for.

Lovely chocolates
Chocolates we’re loved. Good variety. Had baton box last year and it was awkward to use. Haven’t opened new one yet. A pricey product, though quality.

Nous connaissons les chocolats Neuhaus depuis des années. Ils sont délicieux. Il y a quelques mois, nous avons déménagé au Portugal. Nous apprécions maintenant non seulement les chocolats, mais aussi la facilité de commande et la livraison très rapide. C'est fabuleux !

Best chocolate Pralinés ever. Delivery to The Netherlands always within 24h. Great for yourself but even better as a gift. Once tried you don’t want any else :). Always very smooth and elegant taste, not too sweet.

I, unfortunately, cannot eat your chocolates as I am a Diabetic but I buy them frequently for my wife, Laura. She enjoys them immensely. " To die for" are her words.
