Dear Sir:
I placed an order on september 7th and requested, if possible, that it be delivered on sunday, september 10th, as it was my daughter's birthday. I was informed that sunday deliveries were not available, but that it would be delivered within 3 business days.
They never told me that the order had to be shipped from Belgium and that i would have to wait 4 business days for delivery. Today is tuesday, september 12th, and according to the tracking, it has not yet arrived in the UK.
I find this lack of professionalism on the company's part. it would have been more professional to inform the customer that they could not deliver the order on the requested date because it was shipping from Belgium.
I placed this order at this store due to its proximity to where my daughter is studying, but I made a mistake. next time, I will shop at Harrods, as they guaranteed timely delivery.

Unparalleled chocolate from a quality store! Only my third purchase from Neuhaus, and I had to contact support due to EU restrictions, but they were extremely helpful and solved my issue.

Best chocolate Pralinés ever. Delivery to The Netherlands always within 24h. Great for yourself but even better as a gift. Once tried you don’t want any else :). Always very smooth and elegant taste, not too sweet.

I, unfortunately, cannot eat your chocolates as I am a Diabetic but I buy them frequently for my wife, Laura. She enjoys them immensely. " To die for" are her words.

Ordered Saturday, chocolates were dispatched same day and arrived on Tuesday.

I wish they could lower the minimum amount in order to get free delivery. I would buy more often.

Simply the most delicious chocolate I have ever tried
My favourite since I spent a few years in Brussels and had a lovely Neuhaus shop near to where I lived.
The chocolate is the best and worth to be send for. And the delivery is exceptionally fast. Just a couple of days. So it’s good when you long for a treat.
