Neuhaus are the best. My only problem is that with Brexit I can receive only for the value of maximum Euro 150. As I often want to buy more than this I have to make multiple orders thus repeating the payment handlings which are cumbersome. Why can Neuhaus not accept a large order and divide it in the shop so that several deliveries can be made without British dues. My credit card was recently stopped by Neuhaus because I made several payments in a short time which perhaps you found this suspicious. Do not put Brexit burden to your client.
I would like to rate the chocolate but it has yet to be delivered. Neuhaus’ chosen company UPS have been unable to act on an instruction to deliver to a UPS collection point. They offer apologies but no action. Sadly I have had no support from Neuhaus’ customer service either.
After this sorry experience I have decided to stop buying Neuhaus chocolate. While pervious purchases have been delicious, this sort of experience leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
