Dear Sir:
I placed an order on september 7th and requested, if possible, that it be delivered on sunday, september 10th, as it was my daughter's birthday. I was informed that sunday deliveries were not available, but that it would be delivered within 3 business days.
They never told me that the order had to be shipped from Belgium and that i would have to wait 4 business days for delivery. Today is tuesday, september 12th, and according to the tracking, it has not yet arrived in the UK.
I find this lack of professionalism on the company's part. it would have been more professional to inform the customer that they could not deliver the order on the requested date because it was shipping from Belgium.
I placed this order at this store due to its proximity to where my daughter is studying, but I made a mistake. next time, I will shop at Harrods, as they guaranteed timely delivery.
Chocolates quickly delivered to UK from Belgium. Very good packaging and no damage. Neuhaus Chocolates are always excellent, as is their service. Can't fault them.

Toujours un service implacable, petit bémol, les pralines sont arrivées le lendemain de la date annoncée mais nous sommes à Madère dont vous connaissez peut-être leur sens de l'organisation. Il y a 8 ans, un ballotin a mis un mois pour me parvenir, alors un jour...

I love this chocolate and it is my absolute favourite kind of chocolate, I would love to buy it often if it was available close to me in Stockholm and it wasn’t so expensive, now I pay over 100 dollars for a kg and I eat it during a week .
