Dear Sir:
I placed an order on september 7th and requested, if possible, that it be delivered on sunday, september 10th, as it was my daughter's birthday. I was informed that sunday deliveries were not available, but that it would be delivered within 3 business days.
They never told me that the order had to be shipped from Belgium and that i would have to wait 4 business days for delivery. Today is tuesday, september 12th, and according to the tracking, it has not yet arrived in the UK.
I find this lack of professionalism on the company's part. it would have been more professional to inform the customer that they could not deliver the order on the requested date because it was shipping from Belgium.
I placed this order at this store due to its proximity to where my daughter is studying, but I made a mistake. next time, I will shop at Harrods, as they guaranteed timely delivery.
The chocolates are absolutely delicious!
This time, the insiders gift I received did not match the one announced. I did get an offer, though. I wish it would be the “FOLIE” chocolate I was untitled to.
Anyway, marvellous chocolates and smooth delivery! I highly recommend.

Bedankt voor de positieve feedback. Wel jammer dat het blijkbaar niet duidelijk was om persoonlijke boodschap bij te voegen. Je kan dit normaal net onder het leveradres invullen.

Excellent chocolates. I used to buy them in your Neuhauser shop in Munich, Spring and Autumn. Difficult to buy in Canterbury but very happy to order from BE.
