Packaging mailing box for non fragile items ( harness line , rash guard ) thumb up....well packed and wrapped... For windsurfing masks : Also thumb up... masks inserted inside rigid thick paper tube ( 2.3m long ) which is resist bending and crushing.....well packaging and wrapping....... Hope to order more items on your website easy-surfshop....in the future... Thanks very much.....

Order placed 13 APR for items that were supposedly in stock. Now almost 3 weeks later and the items have still not been shipped. I have followed up numerous times and also requested partial shipment for those items that are in stock. But they are always just a few days away from shipping, until those few days pass and still nothing.

Eccellente negozio online: prezzi competitivi, moltissima scelta, personale sempre online per dare consigli, spedizione immediata. Avrebbero meritato il massimo del punteggio: peccato che come spedizioniere hanno scelto FedEx. Il materiale è stato spedito lo stesso giorno in cui è stato acquistato ma è giunto a destinazione più di 10 giorni dopo. Il tracking di FedEx anche ridicolo: “buchi” nel tracciamento di anche 2 giorni. Non tollerabile nel 2021. Quindi: loro bravissimi, i loro partner commerciali meno.

The delivery to Norway was somewhat later than I first expected, and the delivery time/day was not given (no tracking avaliable) before the shipment was 10 min from my door, so difficult to plan to be at home at the right time for arrival. The packing and equipment was great and the staff at Easy Surf I had a dialog with was very helpful and quick responding.

The only problem I had was with the delivery. The package was supposed to arrive on Friday but I received it on the next Tuesday. I guess it’s FedEx fault and not the shop’s fault. Anyway I’ll buy again for sure!! The wetsuit I bought is just awesome :))))

For European countries should be only one price of delivery, and not first class countries and second class countries. First class are more or less rich countries and they have cheaper delivery. For the others 20 € is realy unfair price per delivery.

Thank you for your opinion, shipping fees into countries and differences in prices for transport are due to the fact that logistics there are cheaper. We hope you know that transport has become very expensive recently and unfortunately we will have to raise the prices for sure. We personally would like transport to be free. Wish you all the best! There were some delivery issues but Easy-Surf customer service worked well to keep up customer saisfaction. To highlight the good packing with no foam or plastic other than the packing tape.

FedEx was a bit slow to deliver. The box was a bit damaged but everything inside was present and in good condition. Perhaps extra packing would have been better.
