Order placed 13 APR for items that were supposedly in stock. Now almost 3 weeks later and the items have still not been shipped. I have followed up numerous times and also requested partial shipment for those items that are in stock. But they are always just a few days away from shipping, until those few days pass and still nothing.

EZ-Surf shop was excellent to work with. They had a good order system which was easy to navigate and understand. They shipped my product promptly with lots of feedback as to when the order would arrive. There were no surprises. The product shipped quickly arriving at my home in New York 1 week after my order.
