Being from the UK ordering from another country I was a little sceptical. Placed my order and received a pleasant phone call letting me know when it was going to be dispatched. Order come today, it was well packaged and I'm perfect condition. Great price too, about two thirds of the price compared to the UK. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone requiring music items.

Didn't receive exactly what I have ordered, but manager contacted me and offered options to return item and fully refund or leave item to me and provided discount. So, you definitely can trust this shop and be sure they will try their best to get you satisfied.

Order dispatched the same day and I recieved it the following day. Instrument was very carefully packed. They use GLS which is a very realiable courier and gives me the confidence to order again anytime.
