I received the item on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, though it was the same manufacturer and size of three of my other bras, it didn't fit. It was much too small and the cups an unflattering shape. The return process was painless, however. My corner shop is a UPS customer service point and there were no hassles at all. Assuming, of course, the refund turns up

When I tried on the bra I bought it seemed to fit well. However after wearing it for a few hours it was very uncomfortable. I have had this bra before and it was perfect. Sadly I have worn it or I would have returned it. A very expensive mistake.

Bra was wrong size Very nice assistant at the Knightsbridge shop discussed all my fitting problems with me. She thought that I should get refitted after my illnesses. You do need to know what your measurement for any given make is before ordering online. I have booked an appointment at Guildford. The assistant there was very helpful .

The items arrived in good time but the condition of the box it arrived in was terrible. It was extremely damaged and had opened during transit which someone had clearly tried to rectify with tape. But I was concerned that not all my items were inside, which luckily was not the case
