We ordered our second rain jumper already. Without name, because I am overprotective. We used the first for a one long time and it sold fast when it became too small. Took about a week to arrive to Finland, and size 116 fits just right to our 105cm/5y kid.

Customer service is poor. My advice is to actually listen to customer and take the feedback, not blame the customer or make excuses. Especially when customer gives a feedback that actually could help your other customers and your business to be better for them.
