Very happy that we chose to go with Silla Acapulco. The videos on the site were very informative so we had a good idea of what we would get. The shop communicated swiftly about some extra shipping costs, and the delivery was quick and goods arrived unharmed. Most important, the chairs are SUPER comfortable and look beautiful in the garden. I smile every time I see them and await a sunny day.

Impossible to contact the firm for asking about the shipment. After a first email from DHL saying that they received the request for delivering, I had no news for around 2 weeks. Therefore I was trying to contact the firms, but that was not possible, they don't answer the phone. Suddenly, whiteout any further notice, I received the packet...The product is very nice.
