Quick to respond to emails. Product seems to work well (although I haven't tested with an air quality monitor yet). Not sure if it's improved my sleep. Air sometimes does feel cleaner. Was a little disappointed with the build quality - I understand that it's hand made but the wood stand and plastic unit is ever so slightly misaligned, affecting the aesthetics a bit. Still look good though.

Je suis très satisfait de ma commande. Je me posais quelques questions avant l'achat. Le support de TEQOYA a été non seulement charmant mais aussi très clair si bien que j'ai acheté un TEQOYA 200. Et je dois avouer que j'en suis ravi. Je dors beaucoup mieux, je n'ai plus de problème d'odeur et ma femme, victime de rhinite régulière, souffre beaucoup moins. Je ne saurais donc que conseiller ce produit.
