Faptul ca pentru a schimba un produs trebuie sa 1) platesti curierul pentru a returna comanda initiala, 2) comanzi alta masura, 3) stai cu banii comenzii initiale blocati, 4) platesti alt curier pentru cea de-a doua comanda, este un proces mult prea costisitor, tinand cont de pretul produselor, dar si de faptul ca majoritatea magazinelor online ofera livrare gratuita pentru comenzi de peste 100-150 de lei.

Totul este la superlativ, cu excepția unui aspect : fac comandă de 400 lei și mai plătesc transport. Păi nu vă supărați, sunteți singurii cu care pățesc așa ceva. La fel, retur la comandă mare, tot eu îl plătesc. Consider că sunteți o firmă serioasă, cu comenzi suficiente încât să vă permiteți transport gratuit să zicem la peste 150-200 lei.

Didn't received the product!
I DID NOT received the item, the courier company LOST my package and even tho i've been trying to call they do not help me at all.
Worse experience ever! and want a refund, of course.

Bad experiențe, the overalls are note the right size and i Haven to contact the courier and estimate the cost. I thought that the company respecta itself and beats the cost and carries out all the steps for the returna.
