We received a self assembly unit in 5 of the 6 boxes, the 6th being held up in customs for a week. On receipt of the 6th box the carton and the item was found to be damaged in transit. On reporting this to Tylko, they immediately sent out a replacement. The replacement item arrived within a week and we were able to erect the unit. Instructions were very clear and construction went like a dream. We are really pleased with the finished unit, its quality and its design. We would thoroughly recommend Tylko to anyone.

I have already recommended buying from Tylko to just about everyone I've spoken to recently. There isn't an element of the experience that was short of perfect. To list a few: The bespoke design, ability to choose pretty much every dimension. Amazing. The customer service when I had questions. Amazing. The experience of assembling the furniture. I'm not joking, this was genuinely also amazing. It's how all flat pack should be done, so so so much easier than any self assembly I've ever had to do. The look, the build quality, the instructions, even the fact that the packaging is numbered, so you can build as you unpack because everything's in a sensible order, they've just thought of everything. I've never been so excited by furniture before. I've maybe never been more excited by anything before. 1000 out of 10

J’ai acheté une bibliothèque Tylko et j’ai apprécié toutes les étapes: de la modélisation , à la livraison et au montage tout s’est parfaitement passé. Les délais de livraison ont été respectés, la livraison en elle même s’est passée tout en douceur (et j’habite au 4e étage sans ascenseur). Les paquets contenant les étagères sont labellisés ainsi que chaque étagère. Il est impossible de se tromper

Found a tv stand that is also a room divider, which I was looking for a while. When it arrived, couple of weeks later, I was surprised from how easy the assembly is. Also the video instructions. Just great experience. And of course, great quality and good looks. Would definitely order again

Nous avons reçu comme prévu notre bibliothèque, en avance sur le timing prévu. Nous avons été stupéfaits par la facilité avec laquelle nous avons pu monter notre bibliothèque qui fait quand même 2.5x2.4 m. Nous avons bloqué une journée pour la monter et finalement, nous l'avons montée, à deux, en 2 heures. Nous achèterions à nouveau chez Tylko les yeux fermés, après cette première expérience !
