Ordered Melania snails €20 each which is very expensive these are €6 usually I was expecting huge grown snails got tiny 1cm worth maybe €3 each one snail was mini like 7mm. I got scammed by these shop absolutely horrible customer service. AVOID

Good quality fish, shipping and service
The packaging looked very secure and safe for the fish. Everyone arrived alive and well, and the acclimatisation kit that comes included worked well. Customer support replies quickly and is helpful, and masterfisch has a large selection. I am hoping very much that you will be getting captive bred seahorses once again in stock. I have been waiting for these for a long time.

Everything was really well-packed. The water was still warm and the treat for the fish and for me as well were a nice gesture! They included a free acclimating kit to the order. Works really well.
I would definitely order again from them, for both fish and corals. If you hesitate ordering from them. Don't, just place your order!

The drivers have all the necessary instructions to make the delivery correctly while preserving the well-being of the animals, but unfortunately we cannot control everything when the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Chaufførerne har alle de nødvendige instruktioner til at foretage leveringen korrekt, samtidig med at dyrenes velbefindende bevares, men desværre kan vi ikke kontrollere alt, når pakken overdrages til transportøren. Vi vil dog give din besked videre til dem, så det ikke sker igen.
