First class customer service taking just 4 days from online order to receipt of goods in the UK.
Patrizia in customer service is second to none. Answering emails within minutes and resolving problems she is a credit to the company.
I have purchased oil from Olive Oil Italy for the past 3 years and have no complaints whatsoever from pricing, packaging to delivery. I wish every company was as efficient as Olive Oil Italy.
I waited over 10 days and didnot receive my order...I then e-mailed you.
You replied and sent me the tracking number.
I did contact the courier , they said they came 3 times one at 05:55 !!!!
Finally, I had to travel 30 km
to collect my order.
Therefore, I should give you no star.
Great products, quick delivery and safe packaging.

Great service, very good price, fast delivery, plus I got a discount on my first purchase. The oil is of the best quality and very highly rated. I will only shop here now.
the packaging contains styrofoam sewn which creates small partial stuck to the plot, moreover in some cases the plot containing the oil becomes damaged than before the packaging only with thick cardboard..thick cardboard inside was better sewn and does not create small dirty parts.
