This bag is my closet now as I can just close it and go. It has never failed me on car rides or cruises. The design also allows you to half open the shelves from the top which I love. The case has ended up being a hassle for any plane travel and stairs as the straps center the weight onto the wheels and has to be lifted awkwardly causing no end of baggage overweight fees regardless of the set weight. But it is a dream in the city on even semi-flat surfaces and the included organizers are a serious plus. Improvements would be an attachment or hole on the handle to hook the organizers onto the bag without them falling off and making it easier to carry up stairs.
