I love shakes from Jake. It taste good, not too sweet and the flavours are nice. Structure is a little bit chewy ish and if the shake is too thick I just add extra water. Their bars are good too but I prefer the shakes. I only drink their shakes before I teach my sport class so I usually order when my stock almost runs out. The monthly subscription is handy but I need to drink more if I don't want to overstock.

Great product, great company.

I've always had a great experience with Jake. Not only is it an amazing product, but the staff are super helpful, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend Jake as a company and as a meal replacement.

Have been buying it for years now. It‘s great in taste (given what it is), macros are great (buying light always) and a fast and easy way for me to have lunch. I currently take it for a cutting diet. You can‘t have it every day and I sometimes go without it for months, but it‘s been a regular part of my diet for 5+ years now.

My preferred breakfast

Great substitute for breakfast. I actually prefer a Oaty Vanilla or Chocolate Jake over almost any breakfast. So convenient, fast & tasty. The purchasing process and deliveries are also smooth with no hassle, just as it should be.
