The product is revolutionary. I was able to lose 3% body fat percentage and gain muscle last month. I gave some bags to friends and family for them to try it out. The waiting time from order to shipping from the Netherlands was too long (3 weeks). Ordered on the 4th, only shipped on the 23rd and arrived on the 29th July). As an autist it is fun to standerdise and quantify calories, protein. As a vegan it is good to always have adequate nutrition, with the simplest preparation, on the go.

Nightmare to deal with. Subscribed to a recurring plan only to be told after a couple of weeks the items I subscribed to were being discontinued. Fair enough, cancelled the order. Literally years later and after half a dozen requests and claims by Jake that they removed my personality information I still get monthly emails about my ghost order shipping and my name, address, contact details, payment inform listed in the email.
Just straight up lied about removing PII. Will be making complaint to the relevant GDPR authority. I'm sure a hefty fine will help them comply with regulations.

It has sucralose and other additives that are bad for you. And the flavour is meh. I won’t be buying it again.

The product and service quality is unstable
The product quality differs from shipment to shipment, there is room for continuity of taste and structure as well as for the quality of packaging.
The shopping process is wild and and the subscription service a mess. In stock does not have to mean in stock, but it does sometimes.

Het bestelde (abonnement)op tijd leveren, en niet zelf hier achteraan hoeven te mailen waar het blijft. Om uiteindelijk 2 weken daarna geen bulkzakken te kunnen leveren? Hoezo de voorraad op gewenst niveau houden ?

It was better previously
Foe two years I orderef and consumed their products with grest satisfection. But it,s the second time I receive something else than my order. What to improve? Send me what I order!
And the quality of the product has also changed. The last banana bar is so soft that it is almost a gel. What to improve? I think you know better than me but somethong is not right....
But at least the helpdesk is super nice, quick and responsive.
