Order was processed very quickly and expedition was fast. The problem was situated by DHL. 2 of 3 parcels were delivered in the correct delay. The 3rd parcel was stuck in the DHL warehouse of DHL in Malmö. After contacting the service-line of Tiny Buddies a deadline of delivery was given before action could be taken. 2 days later the missing parcel was delivered without notice from DHL or their partner Be-post.The package was seriously damaged but internal there was no damage nor missing parts. Be-post did add a notice that the package did arrive damaged at their transit-warehouse .
