Order was processed very quickly and expedition was fast. The problem was situated by DHL. 2 of 3 parcels were delivered in the correct delay. The 3rd parcel was stuck in the DHL warehouse of DHL in Malmö. After contacting the service-line of Tiny Buddies a deadline of delivery was given before action could be taken.
2 days later the missing parcel was delivered without notice from DHL or their partner Be-post.The package was seriously damaged but internal there was no damage nor missing parts. Be-post did add a notice that the package did arrive damaged at their transit-warehouse .

Items took forever to ship out and once they did ship out they are taking ages to arrive? Ordered June 9th and it is June 22th, still nothing has arrived? Very unhappy about this.

Très déçu du support client. Ils ne donnent pas l'impression de vouloir vous aider. Le point de livraison était incorrect (en point relais alors que je suis sur avoir commandé à mon domicile) et la quantité livrée est incorrecte. Dommage, la première commande il y a 6 mois était parfaite
Very bad customer support. They don't give the feeling they want to help you. The point of delivery was incorrect (relay point but i'm sure i ordered to my private address for delivery) and the quantity delivered is not correct. Pitty, my first order 6 months ago was perfect.

Order placed on the 7th and not received by the 17th, customer service contacted to explain non receipt only to receive notification that order had only been sent to DHL on the 18th and delivery could take another four days. Shocking turnaround for a company which on its website suggests it has a prompt delivery for orders. Will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone
