Good experience with this website twice. Vegan snacks available for my dog, purchased an elevated dog bowl which is great aesthetic and for my dog to not have to bend her neck so much, a nice couch bed for her to sit near me as she likes to be close but not affectionate and I like my couch to stay relatively hair free and I have purchased a dog coat too. Overall good experience. Haven't needed to return anything yet so not sure what that would be like. Delivery time has been good from mainland europe to ireland.

No news so far, object not received, no answer to my request
I already know well the product I have ordered, so its quality is not the question. But I should have received it many days ago, I did not received anything, and I have no answer to the request I sent in order to know what was the situation. Thus, I am not satisfied with the service. And it is all the more a problem that I leave this place in two days so that I will not be able to use the object for my dog while I needed it.

They cancelled my order after 6 days
6 days after i placed an order, I received an email informing me that they could not ship to my country (Greece_. I don't understand why was i then able to place an order for Greece in the first place (they claim to send all through Europe) and why did it take 6 days before they could let me know.

Very good customer support, I had few questions before purchase, and all of them have been answered quickly on chat. My order was shipped even sooner than estimated, and since I needed a safe transport cage for my dogs urgently, I really appreciate that. In addition, free shipment from Sweden to Poland :) Highly recommend this store! I was a bit nervous about ordering from a different country, but now I can honestly recommend Tinybuddy :)

The products were well packed and the delivery was reasonably fast to Finland. The dogs liked all the treats. It was a surprise that some of the products were packed loosely. It was really good for avoiding unnecessary packaging material and the dogs had a lot of fun when the dogs tore up the good-smelling empty transport package to pass the time ;)

Alles ok. Katzen mögen es leider nicht
Leider hat die Lieferung sehr lang gedauert, das lag wohl aber eher an DHL, eingepackt war es in einer Versandttüte und meine Katzen nehmen es leider beide nicht. Es riecht ziemlich streng, vielleicht fahren da andere mehr drauf ab oder vielleicht auch eher Hunde. Dennoch ist ansonsten alles gut gelaufen.

Perfect customer service and delivery logistics!
I got an issue where my package could not be delivered to me due to holidays, it was sent back, I didn't even had to contact them and they sent me the package back without delays.
Also whenever I contact them I get a fast and nice response.

Produit correspond à la description maintenant a voir à l'usage.
Par contre le relais colis le narval a refusé le colis soit disant trop gros n'avait pas la place. C'est inadmissible, j'ai dû faire 40kms pour le récupérer dans un autre relais.
Vraiment de mauvaise foi car colis pas gros.

I initally ordered the size small harness for my Schnoodle (miniture schnauzer & miniture poodle mix) but unfortunately I had to go up a size.
