Good experience with this website twice. Vegan snacks available for my dog, purchased an elevated dog bowl which is great aesthetic and for my dog to not have to bend her neck so much, a nice couch bed for her to sit near me as she likes to be close but not affectionate and I like my couch to stay relatively hair free and I have purchased a dog coat too. Overall good experience. Haven't needed to return anything yet so not sure what that would be like. Delivery time has been good from mainland europe to ireland.

Items took forever to ship out and once they did ship out they are taking ages to arrive? Ordered June 9th and it is June 22th, still nothing has arrived? Very unhappy about this.

Very quick order and delivery process
Very quickly handled and delivered the order - and even if located in Sweden we received the product within a few days in Germany .. nothing to complain - would buy absolutely again from them and can recommend the shop

I haven't received an order confirmation first. After contacting the costumer service they resolved it. Costumer service was fast and friendly. But it took them 7 days send the order away + shipping time.

Hi,i bought 10kg bag of royal canin at 70 euro (no discount),i see u have 20% discount for the same item at 69 euro,only 1 euro discount for black friday,this doesn't work out,

The way it was packaged was good. You just wraped it in some foil, because the productcarton was already strong enough to keep it safe. Good for the enviroment. Keep it up!
