Order was processed very quickly and expedition was fast. The problem was situated by DHL. 2 of 3 parcels were delivered in the correct delay. The 3rd parcel was stuck in the DHL warehouse of DHL in Malmö. After contacting the service-line of Tiny Buddies a deadline of delivery was given before action could be taken.
2 days later the missing parcel was delivered without notice from DHL or their partner Be-post.The package was seriously damaged but internal there was no damage nor missing parts. Be-post did add a notice that the package did arrive damaged at their transit-warehouse .

Very good quality and easy to handle
We bought this feeder for our two cats because one of them likes to eat a lot ;)
And then the other one gets nearly nothing. So this feeder is a clever solution.
The feeder recognizes the cat via microchip and opens for the right cat. It can eat and when it leaves the little Plattform it closes again. Our cats learned it very quickly. It is easy to clean and I like the design- well thought through.
The only contra is, that it is very expensive, but got it here for the best price.

Incredible fast shipping and great quality item
Incredible fast shipping! I received my order in less than a week! I had seen this beautiful pet bed in a window shop in Paris and as the shop was closed I took a note of the brand of the bed, then I searched online and found on tinybuddy the same bed for 30 euros less than the price in the shop!! The cats loved it and it is beautiful, it is not not a frumpy pet bed, the fabrics are beautiful with e delicate pattern of leaves on one side and a cozy smooth velvety fabric on the other side. Love it.

The prices are cheaper than I normaly pay in the Netherlands. After completing the order you get the option to add things to your order untill the order is shipped in case you forgot something. The package was shipped quickly, after 1,5 hours after ordering. I'm in the Netherlands and it took 7 days to arrive but the shipping was free (above 40 euro's I think). The only thing was I couldnt track the package after it left sweden.

Alles ok. Katzen mögen es leider nicht
Leider hat die Lieferung sehr lang gedauert, das lag wohl aber eher an DHL, eingepackt war es in einer Versandttüte und meine Katzen nehmen es leider beide nicht. Es riecht ziemlich streng, vielleicht fahren da andere mehr drauf ab oder vielleicht auch eher Hunde. Dennoch ist ansonsten alles gut gelaufen.

Wouldn't consider any other harness for my dogs. They're trustworthy, reliable and as a bonus very good-looking harnesses. My dogs seem to love them and are very comfortable wearing them compared to other companies'harnesses. Juliusk9's are my absolute favourite for my dogs.

Refund takes time but generally satisfied
I had to return twice as it was hard to find the right size. Tinybuddy was quick to send new product but it took some time to get refunds. Looks like buyers have to contact the seller to make sure to get their money back. But I’m happy with the products I bought.

I love this shop. From sweden to slovenia max 6days. The items are cool, the prices are acceptable. I find articles that in our country i can't find or are more expensive. I raccomand this shop..
